Great pants, fit is on point and as advertised

well constructed and at a good price, but as others noted, button hole on waist band is very tight, even before washing.have gotten missized items in past, so actually measured waist: was solid 36", plus generous expansion.after 1st wash, length still OK but waist has shrunk 1 1/2 to 2 inches. now need all of the elastic just to get them on. and a little snug in the seat, even though I suffer from "Noassatall".am more concerned that most clothing takes 3 washings to reach max shrinkage.but for now they are stiil reasonbly comfortable and look quite nice.maybe re-think your size options if you're already at, or above, the stated size.

Have worn these pants for 20 years. They are durable and look good.

I was pleasantly surprised by these. I didn’t know what to expect and when they came I had the same hang ups as some others have stated. The button was a pain and I found them to be stiff and uncomfortable. HOWEVER - they broke in within a day, including the button hole, and within a week I’d ordered 2 more pairs.The reason I love them so much is that they are a thick and durable twill - almost like drill cotton - which gives the fabric a dickie’s-like appearance and feel. They’re more ‘workwear’ than the type of office work implied in the marketing, but I love them for that. Sure, they’re incredibly casual but they capture the original spirit of khakis in that they work in the office, at home, in the yard, in the garage, at the bar, and on the trail. I loved my first pair so much I bought 2 more.

I ordered these pants for my groomsmen and they were great. I was a little worried about buying clothes from Amazon without actually seeing them in person, especially since my groomsmen would be really visible and in a lot of photos. I was totally satisfied with the way they turned out, and would definitely recommend them to anyone. We went for a more casual look with white shirts and suspenders (I know, I know, but it's in right now), and while I don't think these look super dressy by any means, they worked great for my groomsmen. I think we ordered a total of four or five (some had navy pants already) and they all fit well and looked nice. Especially with how expensive clothes can be, and the added cost of a wedding, these were a great option at a lower price.On a side note, Haggar slacks were originally manufactured in my small Texas hometown, way before I was born, so that was kind of a fun element of ordering these. And my best man's grandmother actually worked for Haggar as a seamstress. Anyway, that's beside the point. The point is, these are great!

They fit great very roomy, and also the expandable waistline. Sturdy and well designed.

Didn't fit as well as Haggar Men's Iron Free Premium Khaki Classic Fit Pleat Front Expandable Waist Casual Pant.I ended up returning them.
