Too good to be true!!
This is by far the best low-cal, low-carb pancake/waffle mix I’ve ever had! I almost always make waffles and I add a scoop of protein powder and an egg to them to beef them up a bit and let me tell you they are sooo tasty! They are a little bit dry, but I actually enjoy drinking water with my breakfast so I just use it as a reminder to get in more hydration during the day. I’ve probably ordered this 10 times already because I go through them that quickly (which isn’t great for my budget because they’re not exactly cheap unfortunately). If you’re on a weightloss or fitness journey, Scotty’s is the absolute best. I have also tried their pizza crust with Greek yogurt, an egg, nutritional yeast and a bunch of Italian seasonings and it is just the best. You can get a super sizable pizza for only 200 calories?? Like… are your kidding me? Definitely almost too good to be true. It’s worth the splurge let me tell you.

Must try!
I was prepared to hate this mix as so many others taste well like crap! First of all the taste is not off putting like so many other brands but what I really was impressed with is both the texture and fluffiness! These look like pancakes, cool like pancakes and with some sugar free syrup or jam are just what I want something healthy and comfort like!

No almond flour keto mix
I really loved that this had no almond flour in it, that's hard to find with keto mixes. I break out really bad from almonds/almond butter/almond flour. Easy to make, had to add a bit more water. It came out pretty fluffy, and was tasty. However, not super flavorful like typical pancakes. I think it would be a great waffle. Next time I'm going to doctor it up with heavy cream instead of water, add some monk fruit sweetener. It's also pricey for such a small bag. But I understand for quality ingredients it's more expensive. I really love this for when I'm cravings pancakes/waffles with no almond flour. Just a few things I'll do differently next time to make it shine more.

To dry to choke down
I do not understand how this made it to market nor how anyone can eat these. The flavor is neutral, which I expected and even appreciated, however, they are beyond dry. I made the whole batch at once. The batter was a very thick and I ended up adding 2 more tablespoons of water. It created the most beautiful pancakes. The color, golden brown, thick and fluffy. I wanted to originally use the batter to coat hot dogs and then deep fry but I have disabling fatigue and it was just a dream. I went to eat a pancake and as I said, beyond dry. The batter was normal in thickness, so I'm guessing it's the modified starch, much like keto flours made from fiber, such as bamboo fiber, it's very drying. I actually want to try these one more time, but skip the water and add melted butter until I get the same batter thickness. I really want this to work. I never would lower myself to use a mix before but my disability causes things like this to make life easier. I plan on tearing them into pieces and putting them into an alfredo sauce as I already have that made and in the fridge, to see if that makes them usable. I do not want a refund. I am just reporting my experience as I appreciate it when others are honest about their review of products.

It’s a semi keto version. I wouldn’t really call this true keto too many carbs.
I don’t think this is really a keto product myself, but I’m pretty strict on the keto carbs. And the carbs that are in this aren’t really worth the taste. It’s a little bit like the way gluten-free used to taste years ago. It’s got a ways to go to get a little more enrichment Flavor. I think if maybe you added some sort of thicker Richner, which normally is applesauce, but applesauce doesn’t really fit in the keto so any suggestions?

Absolutely fantastic waffles and pancakes and all it's ingredients are healthy!
I've been using the Scotty's Keto pancake and waffle mix and it's absolutely fantastic! These pancakes are delicious and super easy to prepare. I love that they are made with all clean ingredients, so I feel good about what I am eating. Plus, they fit perfectly into my keto diet with their high fiber, content, and zero sugar. I believe it is important for more people to discover keto friendly products like this one of Scotty's , as there are still so few options out there. Let's open arise to these great opportunities and support brands like Scotty's that are making a difference. Highly recommended giving them a try!

Pancake texture I hope for!
These were so good! My non Keto husband said they were one of the better keto items he has had. They dont have that keto grainy texture at all. They are fluffy but do fall apart easily but worth it! Would add just a little more vanilla or cinnamon next time. Can't wait to try the other items from this brand!

Very Dry. Lack fluffiness and Pancake Texture.
I really wanted to like these keto pancakes, but unfortunately, they turned out quite dry and lacked the fluffy texture you’d expect from a good pancake. I followed the instructions exactly, twice. The flavor was decent, but the texture made them hard to enjoy without drowning them in keto syrup and butter. I do not want to give up on this pancake mix just yet. I may order again and try to make the pancakes more palatable by tweaking the recipe. I am thinking of substituting the water with unsweetened almond milk, which should add creaminess. Maybe increase the liquid to 4-5 tablespoons. More importantly, adding a fat source, such as melted butter or coconut oil to add richness and improve the texture. If I buy again, tweak the recipe, and it comes out better, I will update my review. But as it is, two stars is all this gets.
