Muscle building nutrients with energy
Are very good product. The size is perfect. You can put it in your backpack. Energy has a longevity once taken there is no mixability cuz it's already done. It's a gel form so you just rip it and sip it.. very good. Pre-workout doesn't give me jitters it has natural nutrients for my body to use for maximum workout ability. This is a excellent purchase. Taste good, no stomach irritation. Easy travel size pouch. All natural ingredients. It really gives me a energy boost during workouts without the jitters. It sustains for around 2 hrs or so. No mixing required. I definitely order again.
