KRYDEX Single/Double Pistol Mag Pouch, Nylon Magazine Pouch 9mm with Quick Release Magazine Pouch Insert

I bought this KRYDEX magazine pouch to carry spare 9mm magazines at the range, and it has worked great. The nylon feels thick and durable, yet the pouch is still lightweight. The quick‑release insert holds both single and double‑stack magazines snugly, so there’s no rattling or risk of them falling out. I like that it attaches easily to my belt or molle platform and stays secure during movement. It’s also easy to adjust the retention and access your mag quickly when you need it. Does EVERYTHING i wanted it to do...... HOLD my magazines and store them.. attaches great with the belt loop function ( I don't use MOLLE) stays nice and firm in place... magazines have GREAT retention and hold no matter which direction they are put in... AWESOME product for an AWESOME price!

I’m giving it 4 because the quality is decent for the price and it does hold mags securely inside the pouch. I imagine it works decent on a belt but I’m not sold on it on a plate carrier/vest. It seems loose and in my opinion doesn’t attach securely. I attached and reattached 4 times and each time was able to shake it loose just by shaking the vest up and down lightly mimicking a slight jog. The bottom of the strap just tucks back up into itself but does not Velcro or snap. Hope this helps.

I’ve had a few different mag pouches and these are great for everyday use. Mags will possibly come out if you go to the ground, but not when running. These are great for faster reloads.

Not as good as esstac kywis, and anyone that’s telling you otherwise is wrong. These retain the magazine good enough, but don’t have the retention that kywis have. The molle webbing on the back is also not nearly as good as the webbing on an actual esstac kywi. I’m using these on a backup belt currently, but I would definitely spend the money on actual kywis for consistent hard use. These are fine while you’re saving for actual kywis though, and not bad for the money.

It can fit max to 2 inch wide belt. There are bottom holes designed to keep the interior dry. Works great.

These work well and match my law enforcement vest color well. Magazines can be put in either direction easily by simply adjusting the plastic retention inside the green material.
