This product is a gem. Ideal for anyone with a tight budget. The 6A plug is a boon. Most air fryers have 16A plug, so this could be an issue for people staying at hostels, etc. The 6A plug makes it easy to use this anywhere. Although the capacity seems small, it does hold enough food. You can easily cook for 3-4 members in one go. Quite impressed with the way the cooking results are. I did not expect so much good cooking quality from this air fryer given it's price. I have used many other expensive air fryers in the past, but this being a budget option, still performs well. The digital display works flawlessly. Did not find any issue with respect to usability. The glossy finish picks up fingerprints easily, but that's not a big deal. Cleaning this is easy as well. Just don't use a hard scrubber. If you have a dishwasher, nothing like it. All in all, if you're on a budget and looking for a solid, no-nonsense air fryer that gets the job done — go for this one. It’s excellent value for money and won’t disappoint.

Worst product and especially the product service in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. I'm writing my honest opinion and the issues that I have faced so please look into this review before going for a purchase. I was planning to buy Philips but since with my budget I was getting this product I bought this trust me guys worst product purchased on April and it's been only 1.5months and product is showing error code and not even doing the fryer properly. I raised a request to service center and they raised service request for technician home visit and it's been almost 2 weeks now no one has come and when I called multiple times they saying the service request rejected and especially the service branch manager Anil, trust me guys he is the worst person I come across with all my online product experience. Don't know how to talk to customers and won't even pick up even if you call him. Not even a single time he answered in a week. If you're out of budget and badly need an airfryer please wait and purchase other products based on review but not this. I have experienced enough service technician trauma and hope you won't fall victim to this

Works well and worth it for such a low price. However the Air Fryer stopped working in 2 days. Amazon replaced it quickly and the new one is working well .

Horrible product, please dont buy. I ordered mine and received a damaged product first and then I got it replaced with another and kept on using it. After two weeks it not working at all. Very disappointed. And now they dont even have service facility to get it fixed. Its a scrap now

On receiving the item, everything was good and well packed. The only issue I faced was that the bucket lock is too hard, like it was not just easily sliding and lock, we have to push with enough force at final locking stage. Thus, I replaced the item and the delivery of the replaced item was not delivered in good packing. In the replaced item I still got the same issue of hard locking system. Other than this, it is good product, oil use is we can say like there's no oil used. Size is medium of the product. The food prepared in it tastes tasty, and little bit dry due to very less usage of oil. The food becomes very crispy. It is very easy to use and clean. Overall the food is healthy.
