I purchased this off EcoSmart store on Amazon triac Heat element wire for the second time , one from another company and they sent me one the wires barely connected they were so short so I had to replace it again so I purchased one off Amazon EcoSmart store. After purchasing other parts and finally replacing this wire I’m afraid to even turn on my EcoSmart tankless water heater. It seems that I’m getting either used parts or bad quality. I tried calling the company and got to listen to a recording for over 1/2 hr annd still nobody annswered I also emailed them with no responses . When I purchase this item I see triac 24 for more then the 36 1st triac element why is this when they are both the same replacement wire being the 24 cost more. Is this company just ripping people off. Even on their website listed a different price and they’re the same part. No valve on saving money just confusing everyone or mislabeling items. You can not buy just an heater element without the flow sensor and the Triac. No price saving on this. By the way if you don’t know Rheem and EcoSmart are the same company and after all the bad reviews I read I need to fine something more reliable and reputable.

This company sucks. Buyer beware. these parts are made in china. and you can keep them for all i care.

Easy to install. Made my ECO27 back to normal again.

What I received was the flow regulator for the 36kW tankless water heater. It was NOT what I understand to be the first triac (i.e., the electrical connections and circuitry that control the power supplied to the first of the four heating elements).

I received an el mention not a triac. Not sure why, but beware. Picture shows triac.
