It is helping with my arthritis, and this formula protects (buffers) digestive reactions very well. It is best for inflammation. I am working with a naturopathic doctor and he is satisfied that it is good. I've been using it for about 2 months and am no longer using any ibuprophen type medications. It is not very helpful for general muscle aches and pains but does the job for inflammation. I use it twice a day without digestive distress.

I am pretty comfortable most of the time now, with lyme. Diet counts. Will not manage the pain of eating nightshades. Essential for me.

I usually get capsules and did not realize these were tablets, large ones. The second they go in your mouth exterior gets rough. At age 81 this makes them very difficult to swallow. Will not purchase the TABLETS again. The actual product "Turmeric w'Meriva" I have used for years and works for me.
