Fav glaze
Favorite glaze of all time. Consistent and easy to use. I do hope Amazon gets better at packaging glazes. Many times they are in a box with no plastic around them in a box of other things. I’ve had many tops break in shipping leaking the contents out. Thankfully this one hasn’t leaked 💓

Amazing
This glaze is absolutely amazing! The color, depth, and finish are stunning—exactly what I was hoping for and more. It goes on smoothly and fires beautifully, giving such a rich, natural look. Definitely one of my new favorites. Just make sure you mix the glaze super well before application. The little black specks are what gives that speckled effect and if you don’t have them properly mixed throughout the effect does look as amazing as it could.

Such a pretty glaze
I recently tried the SW-155 Winter Wood glaze on my pottery, and I absolutely loved the results! I used it on top of a matte base glaze, and the way it interacted was just gorgeous. The brown crystals in the Winter Wood glaze melted beautifully, creating a rich, natural texture that really brought the piece to life. I was especially pleased that it didn't run at all, which is always a concern when working with glazes that have more movement. Overall, this glaze gives off a beautiful, earthy feel and is now one of my go-to glazes for creating unique, multi-dimensional pottery. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a glaze that’s easy to work with and delivers stunning, natural-looking results!

My favorite glaze
Consistent, beautiful result and easy to apply. Two or three coats work best - stir well because the dark speckles settle in the jar. My favorite glaze for any piece I want a natural or rustic feel to. Fire at cone 5 or 6.

Pretty and Fun
I’m really enjoying Winter Wood! It looks great on porcelain and goes on like silk. Fires up beautifully at cone 6. (Shown here in pic along with Sea Salt) Definitely staying in rotation!

Creamy matte white with brown speckles.
This is one of my all-time favorite glazes, it fires to a beautiful matte cream with brown speckles at ^6, and runs into little streaky squiggly brown speckles when layered with some other glazes. It’s become a permanent member in my studio’s glaze rotation.
