Great way to take fibre.
This fibre is delicious and a very easy way to get your daily fibre.

No effect at all
I use this fiber almost every day with smoothies and yogurt, and I feel No effect. I believe it wasa useless shopping for me.

I DID THE C9 challenge and took this while on it so when I finished the 9 day challenge I decided to buy this product as I still wanted to loose a bit more weight with the forever light shakes and gel tablets etc very happy with the products

Fiber seems beneficial to sugar levels
My husband used it to comment a detox diet and found it helped a lot.But main good thing is , he found it very beneficial to help bring his sugar levels down . he is diabetic and struggles to keep levels down . so All good😁😁
