Great!! Cheat code
The Geko 2-in-1 Grip Restore & Cleaner works extremely well and has quickly become a favorite in our house. My son loves using it on his basketball shoes because it noticeably improves traction on the court and keeps the soles clean. He’s even used it on his football receiver gloves with great results, restoring grip without leaving them sticky or stiff. It’s easy to apply, dries quickly, and actually does what it claims. Overall, it’s a versatile, effective spray that’s great for multiple sports and definitely worth having in your gear bag.

Grip Restore for Basketball Shoes – Perfect Athlete Gift
I was looking for a good stocking stuffer for my teenage son, and this 2-in-1 Grip Restore & Cleaner was a perfect find. He plays basketball, tennis, and pickleball, so I love that one product works for multiple sports. So far, he’s used it to clean and restore grip on his basketball shoes and basketball, and the difference is noticeable. He keeps it in his gym bag with a clean cloth and uses it before games and practices. It’s very easy to use. Just spray and wipe clean. There’s only a very light scent, which is a bonus. I also appreciate that it encourages him to take better care of his gear instead of just replacing it. This would be great for stocking stuffers, Easter baskets, or beginning-of-the-season gifts for athletes, and we’ll definitely be repurchasing and keeping this on hand all season.

Works Great for Basketball Grip
I’m using this mainly for basketball, and it works very well. It noticeably restores grip and keeps the ball feeling clean during play. Make sure to read the instructions before applying it. Once used correctly, the results are solid and consistent. Simple, effective product that does exactly what it claims.

Does not increase "Stickyness". Great for portability
OK so here is the truth. Its not any better than Dawn dishsoap and water. It does work for cleaning but i didnt feel any "stickyness".. I do really like the fact though that i can keep it in my bag and clean my grips throughout the round. I play alot of golf in 100+ heat so this makes it way easier for me to do that. Its a good product! But its not quite what they are selling it as. I keep my grips clean already could be the main thing. I reckon if you never clean your grips then this is a great product for you. But It didnt wow me. But it does serve a purpose and i will keep it in my bag.

Great golf grip refurbisher; alternative to replacing grips.
Not long ago, I purchased a bunch of new grips, tape, & solvent on Amazon with the idea of changing the grips on all my golf clubs. Well, Summer happened, and I never made/found the time to do the task. Then I found myself in a bind with some golf dates imminent and no time to change grips. That’s where “Geko” spray came to the rescue. I just happened to see it while looking for other golf stuff, and decided to give it a go. It couldn't be easier to use. Bottle instructions say “use 2-4 sprays and then rub/wipe with dry cloth”. I found that a regular grip needs more like 4-7 sprays, and the grip is still not saturated with the spray (Mfr says do not saturate). The smell of the spray is very mild, even a hint floral, and not harsh or strong solvent-y. I refurbished all clubs in less than 30’. Interestingly, the tackiness of the grips actually increased nicely after the clubs sat overnight. I have played ~4 rounds plus range time with the refurb’d grips and the tackiness is still there and durable. This spray is clearly not for grips that are crumbling or otherwise falling apart. It does its magic on grips that have simply lost the tackiness they had when new from accumulation of old sweat, glove residues or even food residue on hands. I estimate that I used about 1 Oz to do all my clubs. This is a 4 Oz bottle so I have enough left to repeat the refurb another 3 times. Good value.

Really works well! I'm sold
I was skeptical. But this stuff really works. I applied to several old, slick golf grips and they fell almost new. Nice tack, but not too much. I've tied a lot of things to renew old golf grips and Geko is by far the easiest and most effective.

Not really worth the money
It cleans pretty well but no better than soap and water. The grips are not really anymore tacky then after using soap and water. The way the description seems is the product would add tackiness but it really didn’t add much. Could save money by just cleaning with soap and water.

Seems to work OK. But not any more effective than some washing-up liquid. Very expensive for what it is (soapy water in a spray bottle).

My daughter played club volleyball and her and the girls on her team use this. It worked well.

My first impression was that this stuff really works. I sprayed it onto a golf grip and wiped it off as instructed. A lot of dirt came off, and the grip felt nice and tacky. I was very pleased, but not for long. The tackiness only lasted for a few minutes. So my conclusion is that this is pretty expensive way of merely cleaning golf grips. It doesn't really restore them at all. I will be going back to Fairy liquid!

Great club cleaner I would give it five stars if it was a bit more tacky doesn’t seem to be as tacky as they say on the commercials and what not

I’ve tried this numerous times on my volleyball shoes it doesn’t matter if I play on hardwood and other material, the grip only lasts a matter of minutes regardless if the floor is clean.
