My Go To for many years...
Been taking these for year and can tell when I forget. Magnesium Chloride is the most absorbable for of magnesium out there, so I have been told by many natural healing practicioners. However, more recommend the spray variety. I do better with the supplements, but I do have the sprays as well. We are all deficient n magnesium and everyone should be taking it in some form. Each type provides a different function, for example the citrate form is good for the gut and bowel movements. There is plenty of information online about the different forms of magnesium. I prefer the chloride version. It's a good supplement. It is in raw form so the taste might take some getting used to. I don't mind it, but others might. All in all, it's a pretty good quality tablet.

Excellent Product I've been taking this for 2 weeks
Excellent Product I've been taking this for 2 weeks, noticed a difference in 3 days. I have foresters disease, excess calcium in my body locks my joints up, it's painful. The ingredients are pure, no added fillers like others I've tried. Taken along with pure D-3 works. It breaks down excess calcium in your bloodstream and body. If you have Arthritis, R.A, Heart Disease, clogged arteries, You need to take this. I can move with no pain, full rotation of my neck,no more swelling in my joints. I've been a Holistic Healer for over 25 years, This is a natural cure that works 100% by breaking down calcium that you do not need. I'd recommend this to anyone, don't buy cheap store brand, this one works excellent.

Magnesium Supplement for Transplant patients.
I am a liver transplant recipient . Along with many other side effects of immunosuppressant medication,s loss of magnesium is one of the worst. My magnesium blood serums were at the bottom of the "normal" range. I suffered from severe leg and foot cramps during the night and often have to get up and stretch to stop the cramps. I was also suffering from short term memory problem to the point I saw a neurologist to make sure I was not developing alzheimer's. Low magnesium wa the cause of both problems. I tried the OTC stuff you get at the super market and pharmacy but it is Magnesium oxide and you had to take large doses for it to have any effect. 800mg a day will give you constant loose stool and emergency trips to the toilet. I have been taking this Magnesium Chloride for 2 weeks and my muscle cramps have all but left and my memory is improving every day. I will check my blood in the next week and report if my magnesium is back in the mid to upper range. UPDATE: My blood serum Magnesium levels are still at the lower end but I feel better, fewer leg cramps and short term memory is better. . Here is something I am suspecting but cant state for sure. I have weighed 173 pounds every morning for the last 9 months. Since I started taking this september 10, my weight has creeped up to 178 and I cant attribute it to anything else in my diet. Since magnesium is a salt my guess is that I am retaining more water than before. Anyone else? chime in.

Good stuff. For those freaking out about the pills ...
Good stuff. For those freaking out about the pills disintegrating in their pill caddys—- these are hygroscopic / they absorb moisture from the air (stated on bottle too). Therefore, you need to keep them in the original packaging and don’t leave the bottle open. Also, these are a salt... so they’re going to taste salty.

Stops constant under eye twitching.
About two years ago the little muscles under my left eye started to have constant twitching, which was about the time I started nursing school, maybe that was just a coincidence. I couldn't feel it, and you couldn't really notice it unless you were looking for it from no more than 2 or 3 feet away, but still when I looked in the mirror it quivered constantly day and night like the gills on a fish. I tried online home remedies like periorbital massages and blinking exercises, but that did nothing. Finally I read on one obscure site about a doctor prescribing magnesium chloride to stop constant eyelid muscle twitching. So I purchased these pills and it only took one pill, after about 5 hours, to stop the little muscles under my left eye from shaking. In fact, I haven't had to take anymore magnesium chloride pills since, but I will if it comes back. This cannot be a coincidence, since the muscles under my left eye have been constantly quivering for the last two years, and then suddenly it stopped within hours of taking one magnesium chloride pill. As for the pills melting, I have not experienced this as I have kept the plastic wrapping in place inside the bottle, and I keep the bottle in a cabinet, I don't take it anywhere.
