Works absolutely great. It comfortably fits a Mounjaro pen & a repatha pen for travel. I used it for my flights to Mexico and other destinations. Have no problems with TSA and it does keep everything cold for at 6 hrs, that's the longest I've kept them in there, before putting it into a fridge.

This medicine case comes with 2 ice packs that can be taken out of the case easily. The size of the case is perfect for travel. It is functional for many medications. The case looks like a makeup case and it was a great value for the money.

This item securely holds two vials of insulin or epi-pen type devices. The gel filled ice packets freeze easily enough. It is by far one of the better solutions, to maintain temperature for your neccesary medications, that I have found. The only drawback I have found, during the several months I have been using this product, is that the gel packs do not stay frozen for more that a few hours and then rapidly lose temperature. This is fine for a short flight, but could be worrisome for flights of several hours duration. Having said that, this item is built well and so far has proved to be durable.

This travel container for your insulin, Zepbound, Ozempic etc. is so much easier than carrying a huge ice pack. We bought one and ended up giving it to a family member so we bought two more, If you are traveling on a plane for long hours just ask the flight attendant to refrigerate so it will stay cold longer. It does come with two ice packs. Love it!
