Was with my husband when he has his last haircut. While waiting for the barber the client ahead of us ask her a question and she recommended this product. After he left I asked her about it, as my hair is very thin in the back. I purchased it and of course I'm skeptical, and when I saw how my hair stayed "scrunched " up with volume for the entire day, I was hooked. It puffed up my hair enough to keep the thinning spot covered .

It works great for thin hair & helps the texture

Still loving my Puff Me! I have repurchased many times and highly recommend. A little goes a long way. Lasts and provides awesome volume. Helps with oil and lengths time between wash. Small little puffs refresh and add texture to my hair with ease! No smell! This is my go to for a few years now!

Puff.Me is a lightweight product that helps increase lift and body when I apply it to the roots of my hair. My last purchase stopped working after a very short time - I ended up dumping the powder into a tub and applying it using my fingers, which is frustrating. Even if the applicator is working, it's not as easy to use as some other similar products, one of which is also more effective at producing the same effect. One of these is a paste made by AG. Given the cost of this product, I'll keep using it until it's gone, but I will stick with other products in the future. Update Jun 25: DesignME reached out and offered a full refund for the product. Since I've used part of it and will continue to use up the rest without the pump, I declined. I'm very impressed with their response and have increased my review to 4 stars. Though it's a nice product I've decided the tub-style product is better for me but their willingness to offer the refund makes me inclined to try other products in their line in the future.

Hate is a strong word, but in this case it isn't strong enough. This product gives volume alright - in a Cameron Diaz Something About Mary kind of way. I'm sure that it works great for many people, but I am not one of them. Nothing could have prepared me for the feeling of this product. It is somehow simultaneously dry and sticky. It wouldn't seem like those two things should coexist, but here we are. And that wasn't even the worst of it. When the water hits it to try to wash it out? It was like Rain-X on a windshield, or how penguins feathers are waterproof...the water just beads up and when it's finally out, it feels like your fingerprints are gone. I had to shampoo 3 times to get it out. So I lost a fair amount of hair in the excessive washing - not exactly the effect I'm looking for in a product meant to give volume to fine hair. In summary, it is definitely a unique product - in the worst ways possible. And while the single pump I used did produce volume, I wouldn't wish this product on my mortal enemy.

I like the product. I wonder tho if they’ve changed the formula? The last bottle I purchased felt more like the light version which I had also tried at one point but ultimately preferred the original. The “sticky/stiff” feel the anti-fans hate is the thing I loved (once I figured out how and how much to use), it was my holy grail for root lift. I used to use just a tiny bit of product, it does take some getting used to to figure out how much to use. I would use just a pump or 2 on the roots just in the crown and then massage it in then continue to style with a round brush and the heat from my blow dryer and I got the best root lift! Now I have to use multiple pumps and I do still get great lift but for such a short time. I few hours and a few style/brush touch-ups later and if feels like no product is left in my hair at all whereas I used to get 2 days out of one application of just a cpl pumps. The fact that I have to use so much of it now, the TINY TINY amount of product in the bottle, and the extremely high price has me disenchanted. I’m going to try one more bottle and see if perhaps my last bottle was a fluke (maybe I got the light version and somehow there was a labeling or packaging issue with the manufacturer). I just don’t understand the extremely TINY amount in the tiny bottle. It can’t be that expensive to make the product..?

Great product. Adds so much volume to my hair

It is smaller than I thought it would be, therefore less product. The product works well, and for anyone who has thin hair this really helps to volumize it.

Volumen, Bolumen, Volumen! Bombastisch gut. Beinder Dosierung muss man ein wenig aufpassen, ansonsten bekommt das Haar eine sehr starke Griffigkeit und fühlt sich komisch an. Ich habe bereits meine 2. Flasche bestellt. Wer Volumen benötigt- bei egal welcher Haarstruktur - Puff.Me kann es richten. Ich habe dunkle Haare und das Puder kann man nicht sehen. Einfach nur auf die Haarwurzel sprühen und mit den Fingern ‚aufpushen‘.
