I feel like all the one star reviewers are using this product as a one stop fix for their flabby stomachs. This thing is great! While it needs to be used in conjunction with a proper workout routine it does in fact stimulate and facilitate the development of great abs. Obviously it’s not a miracle drug and requires YOU to do some work but it definitely does what it says it will. If you think you can just put this on and get abs without putting any effort in you’re in for a surprise. But do your part like eating properly and getting sufficient excercise in then you will most definitely see the results! 100% satisfied with my unit and fully intend to buy another as mine is pretty worn out after 1 1/2 years of daily use!

The product works... however you might have to expect broken pieces... kind of devalues a product when you have fried circuits straight out the box.But the vibrations work when they dont get fried.

No I am not fat but was expecting to see changes in the few weeks I have it so far using. Nothing yet but it does help with pain, I have tried. Will update if I see anything else change, like abs 😁. Just make sure you but some extra pads, when worn out, will induce electric shock 😂. I have experience, lol. Otherwise good product, get one

After a few days of use I started having pain in my stomach.....not soreness from workout. The pain is in my appendix area. I went on line amd did some research. It turns out that doctor found that use of this type of product can cause your muscles tissue to breack off in amouts that your liver cant pass. I havent used it since and I am consulting my doctor because the pain is still there.

10x STARS! I highly doubted anything could be as powerful as my EZ TENZ. Unit but I have to say it- this one is so strong I cannot put the power up more than 2-3. Bars . You have to be careful. Also , you're not gonna develop a 6-pack &use doing this, so start crunching! Great for pain mgmt also. Worth every penny. I bought the iReliev iReliev large electronics and use the other wires I have from my EZ TENZ and I'm totally plugged in!

I have diastasis recti and I was told that most regular Ab workouts would make it worse; that is why I bought this belt. The belt is uncomfortable and the pads do itch but I can feel the belt stimulate my muscles. I would recommend this belt for someone who is out of shape or just starting to get in-shape. I don’t think this belt is powerful enough for someone who is already toned and in top shape. I will use this belt until I graduate to a more expensive belt with more than 10 levels of stimulation. For the money, this is a great product.

As soon as I got it I tested it out and everything worked. The next day pushed on and the remote turned on but was communicating with the belt. So I returned it.
