I received this order very quickly. In fact I received it sooner than a similar product I ordered two weeks before from another vendor, which I still haven’t received. The product was easy to install and it helped keep my wooden shelves in place on my closetmaid brackets. I wasn’t so sure about these, but now I’m happy I ordered them and they worked so well. Very satisfied customer.

Do not fit in identical brackets made by Rubbermaid. Just too small and slip in and out very easily. The gripping portion of the product is just a hair to small, so there is absolutely NO gripping action, which defeats the purpose of the product for which it is intended. Wasn't able to return them in time, missed the NEW 30 day window.
