Exactly as described
Absolute great product for the price advertised, just so of the key benefits:Good levels of tension which can be adjusted easily.Good grip, it does not slip.Very durable, this has been dropped many times and still works no problem.Small size so if you're on the go (like me) this can be in your bag.Recommended buy.

Cheap and effective
My son has been using this more than me, but heβs a teenager and becoming more concerned with getting strong, while I just want to exercise a damaged hand. Thankfully we can both do this, as the device has a great deal of adjustability, meaning it can be set from light to hard just by turning a dial. So far weβve not had any problems with it and itβs had plenty of use. At less than Β£4 itβs very good value for money.

Better than expected
This is of much better quality than I anticipated and is good as new even with consistent use. Would recommend.

cheap and cheerful grip strengtheners
BZAIN Grip Strengthener==================This is a generic variable grip strengthener sold by many resellers. Claims to dial in between 5 to 60kg of force, by stretching the length of the spring in the middle to allow you to pull the springs slightly further apart.Whilst I have been told by others I have a strong grip (and used to practice with the old type a lot back in the day), like with the others, I can close the grips (with some effort), on the max setting of 60kg. Whilst I would love to think I am doing 60kg of force, I can't imagine it being anywhere near that high?I now have a few of these, and they are pretty much identical, although there is a similar model which is the same with a counter on the bottom. This one is packaged a lot better than some of the others I have come across and currently selling for 4.95
