It is easy to clean. The overall build quality is good and feels durable. The design is well done and it looks classy for sure. The price is very reasonable. There is no sound when the humidifier is working. Humidifier mist works instantly and has a good mist generation capacity. It is convenient to assemble. You can rotate the nozzle to redirect the mist as per your needs The humidifier is quite enough for my studio. The touch control on the display panel is sensitive and no glitches during my use. This humidifier is fantastic! I've been using it and I'm extremely satisfied. Also, the customer service and product support are awesome.

Works very good! My husband gets nose bleeds and this really helps with the dry air.

Very quiet!

This unit is a good size and easy to add water. Has no filter, glad of that. BUT... When I had it on highest speed 24/7, it wouldn't even raise the humidity over 45%, as measured by my thermometer placed 5 feet away from the unit and running all night. Horrible. I'm returning it and DO NOT recommend it. Also, it reads room temperature in Celsius. I didn't see a way to change to Fahrenheit. Manual was worthless.

I received this humidifier yesterday, and I used it last night. It was great, and the HIA humidifier is different than the other brand I bought before. This humidifier has much higher efficiency comparing others. I like the design, because it’s not too large to take too much space. Plus, it’s much easier to assemble and set up easily. Good experience.

This is an ok humidifier but not simple to fill or see the buttons to adjust. I can set the base tank in my deep kitchen sink to fill, but I have to maneuver the spout hose up and over the tank. If I had a standard sink this would not be an option. Once filled there is a small opening for a couple fingers but only on one side, so carrying it is a challenge! Filling in place through the top is SLOW.... VERY SLOW! Removing the top and filling the tank, I have to remove the top half and have a towel to set it on. THERE WILL BE A LOT OF WATER! Thankfully I have tile floors. They need to redesign the filling process and add some handles. It's a really crappy design. The hidden soft touch buttons are not back lit so impossible to see in a room with theater lighting, I have to turn on bright lights to see them. This does provide a decent amount of moisture into the room and runs very quiet. They just need to work on the overall design. I bought it because it was for large rooms and had a large tank, I'm filling it as often as the unit I wanted to replace. Sigh...

Easy to assemble. Once setup, it’s easy to use as well. It can hold a lot of water that last for a week. I can set a desired humidity level and timer. Most importantly, it works so quite, I put it next to my desk, when I am working I don’t even realize it’s running.

Stopped working just outside of return period (65 days). Worked with support who referred me to the seller. The seller replaced the unit and I've tested and used it for about two weeks. So far, working as designed and I'm pleased with it. I appreciate that the seller replaced the original unit although it took some time between communications and shipping. I would recommend this product, particularly since they made good on the replacement and clearly cared about customer satisfaction.
