I’ve tried a couple of different brands & nothing tastes like Masienda. All of the colors of masa are very good, with the yellow being my favorite. I can make tasty, delicate, thin tortillas with it. It’s delicious for sandwiches. In Addition, it’s the healthiest one around. I’ve read the labels & compared the fiber content. Maseinda masala has as much as 3 times the fiber content of other brands. Yes, it’s more expensive, but it’s worth every penny.

AMAZING FLAVOR I bought this to replace my other masa harina which unfortunately had soy (soy allergy) contamination. The flavor of this is so good I regret buying tortillas. I used it for cornbread and it is finely ground snd soft. I can't wait to make tortillas with it.

Corn flour which reminds me of home. I have an organic option which I also order from Amazon. But if I that’s out of stock, then I buy this one. Local stores don’t carry this one or the organic brand which I use.

Good quality , the recipe needs more water than indicated on the package to have great consistency (just a tip) and you can add a pinch of salt to make it better ; really love it doing sopes and huaraches , felt like home

Perfect instructions. Lovely fine consistency that kneads easily then presses into a thin tortilla that holds together well -- when seared/flipped and then filled to eat. Non-GMO heirloom corn -- thanks. A blue food that is delicious, low calorie, nutrient-rich and convenient to make ... anytime. No special ingredients needed -- only water. I will purchase again! This masa makes the best tortillas. Very rich yellow corn taste. Whole grain texture is perfect. Does not have an over refined mouth feel like other masas. Love the smell of fresh tortillas made with this masa! Take it from a food service professional, this masa is worth the money!
