Its fragile. Was broken when I opened it

Really cool but the sticker and for the clock is blurry and cheap looking and the ursula hand was broken off at arrival. Overall a great though considering.

I thought this would be an awesome, unique gift for my Disney living friend. But the first time it came, it was bent and there was a piece broken. I had it replace quite easily by Amazon. Expecting it to be packaged better the second time around, I was very disappointed that the second one was just a badly broken. Vinyl record are fragile and there were only 2 thin pieces of Styrofoam protecting it.

This clock exceeded all expectations! I gifted it to my younger sister who isn't your typical Disney princess and she LOVES it. Shipping was fast! It said it would come some time in the middle of January but got here right before Christmas.Highly recommended!! I will more than likely purchase others since they have such a large selection.

This was purchased for my sister as a birthday gift. Initially I was worried about it arriving on time, I ordered it a month before her birthday and it came within 3 weeks, but estimated delivery time was 8 weeks. It is really beautiful and she loved it. Its fragile of course but the quality of the cutouts is wonderful.

Ordered twice and both came with the crown on the top center broken. The packaging for such a delicate item is subpar. It need to be wrapped in bubble wrap. Especially the delicate parts around the outside. Now I have 2 broken clocks and no gift for my friend.

Amazing! it was wonderful, the details were exactly as pictured, and the packaging was great, so I did not have to worry about the item being damaged. The only issue is that I must now develop a need for more clocks!
