So much better of my wallet and my dishes
These dishwasher pods work really well and get dishes clean every time. They handle grease and dried on food without any problem and leave everything looking spotless. The fresh scent is light and not overpowering, and there is no residue left behind on dishes or glassware. They dissolve properly and are super easy to use. Great value for the amount you get and they perform just as well as more expensive brands.

Great pods!
Great at their job. They are scented but not very strong fragrance. They leave my dishes squeaky clean and fresh. The only issue I’ve had is 2 pods broke in transit. The powder fell to the bottom though and didn’t stick to the wraps of the other pods. When I finished the container I just dumped the powder into my dishwasher dispenser and used it up.

Gets the job done
These are decent and affordable. They last me FOREVER. They get my dishes clean, but sometimes leave a little white residue.

Best value I could find
Whenever I come across an Amazon Basics product, I don't hesitate to add it to my cart. My experience with various items from this brand has consistently been positive, with not a single complaint to date. The blend of good value and quality that Amazon Basics offers is something I've come to rely on, and their Dishwasher Detergent Pacs have been no exception. As someone who lives alone and runs the dishwasher four times a week, I decided to try out these detergent pacs as a new addition to my cleaning arsenal. The Fresh Scent, 85 Count pack has seamlessly integrated into my routine, proving itself as an effective and convenient choice for keeping my dishes sparkling clean. Given my usage pattern, the 85-count pack provides an ample supply. Using one pac per wash, four times a week, means I go through roughly 16 pacs a month. Therefore, this pack will last me just over five months, which is fantastic. It's a relief not to worry about restocking on dishwasher detergent frequently, and it simplifies my shopping list. The detergent pacs dissolve completely, leaving no residue behind, and their cleaning power has been impressive. Dishes come out spotless, without any food particles or water spots, and the fresh scent is a subtle bonus, not overpowering but just enough to add a clean smell to the load. Incorporating the Amazon Basics Dishwasher Detergent Pacs into my cleaning routine has been a game-changer. They offer the reliability and quality I've come to expect from Amazon Basics products, making my dishwashing process effortless and efficient. For anyone looking for a hassle-free, effective dishwasher detergent solution, I'd highly recommend giving these pacs a try. They're now a non-negotiable part of my household essentials

The Worst Dishwashing Pods I Have Ever Used in My Life
All my life, I've never thought twice about washing my dishes––until now. I'd rinse and lightly scrub my dishes in the sink, load them in the dishwasher, place in the pod, and turn my washer on, and my dishes would come out clean. Easy as that. It seemed like we as a species had perfected the dishwashing process. Little did I know that this lifelong period of prelapsarian innocence couldn't last. Reader, I bought these pods. These dishwashing pods seemed great online; solid ratings at a cheaper price than drugstore competitors. And I'm no snooty, virtue-signalling health store purist––I often buy products from the Amazon Basics line. Usually, their price can't be beat, delivering nearly at-par quality items at rock bottom prices. That is––until I used these pods. Somehow, these pods achieved the miracle of dissipating inside my dishwasher while doing exactly nothing. I'd finish a cycle––even on "heavy"!––and when the cycle was done, my dishes would look exactly like they did beforehand, encrusted with food and grime. At first I wondered whether it was me, whether I may have forgotten to turn the dishwasher on. I checked; I hadn't. Then I wondered whether it was an issue with my dishwasher. But after buying the gaudy, less puritan-looking, slightly-more-expensive drugstore pods from a competitor whose name rhymes with Doctor and Amble, and finding that my dishes emerged from the washer sparkling and perfectly washed, I realized this wasn't a me problem. This was an Amazon Basics Dishwashing Pods problem. I wasn't expecting perfect; after all, we're not talking about the Porsche 911 of dishwashing pods. We know what we're getting into when we buy the cheapest option. A simple Honda Civic-level clean would do. But we're not talking a single ketchup speck, or a smudgy fork. My post-cycle dishes rested insouciantly in my dishwasher like banana peels in a landfill, still coated in their own filth. They attracted the attention of passing fruit flies. The situation was dire. These pods SIMPLY DO NOT DO the ONE thing dishwashing pods do––work. So much so, that their basic lack of functioning––the sheer insult of it!––left me so enraged that I dedicated ten minutes out of my hectic, depressingly limited, late-capitalist free time to write this tirade. I wouldn't buy these pods again if I was tied up at gunpoint. Run, not walk, away from this product.
