Better quality than others, but the quality being worth the difference in price is debatable. If your kids are rough on items, then it's definitely worth the price. If they are gentle, buy one from the Dollar Tree. For me, it's worth it!

I'll be honest--it's probably my own fault for not looking further, but these expanding balls were pretty disappointing. I bought them for the cats after seeing videos of cats playing with similar balls. They were unimpressed. And these are cats that LOVE any sort of toy. My 5-year-old granddaughter was likewise unimpressed. They'll probably end up at Goodwill. Maybe someone will want them. They are colorful, and despite how fragile they look, they seem fairly sturdy. They're simple to use--just pull and they nearly double in diameter, then tap them and they collapse again. I think that was where all our disappointment came in. In the videos I'd seen, the balls expanded much more and were probably much more expensive.

Such a simple toy for a baby. Sounds ridiculous but they’re mesmerized! Adults love it too. Fun little gift for kids.

My daughter played with one of the expandable balls at a holiday party and just loved the flexibility and ease of catching. We ordered as a last-minute holiday gift and can say that these are great in building confidence, agility, and catch/toss skills with our toddler daughter.
