The production of Kosher for Passover Matzo is very detailed and particular. All wheat kernels are inspected before grinding to make sure they are clean and free of moisture. The milling equipment is also inspected to make sure it is spotless from previous flower that was milled. The water is purified as well! Yarden Matzos are great for Passover and all year round. They are Fresh and Crispy! Ingredients: Unbleached Wheat Flour and Purified Water Only.
