This eye serum comes in three parts. I cannot figure how you put it together. I tried some a friend had and liked it. She got hers from a spa already connected. It seems to be for professional use only. Sadly I purchased three and cannot use them. I give it one star for not being ready to use. Personally I will not buy again because of the way it has to be put together. At this point I personally cannot recommend. The package arrived fine from the seller so no problem with that part.
