I am very impressed with the customer service of this company, I wrote them and let thenm know the 2nd mat I bought was not filled properly and they immediately sent out a replacment that was perfect just like the first mat I bought and they paid for the return shipping. I could not be happier with this purchase and my dog is in cloud hevane laying on them all the time. Do not hesitate to buy this if you need a mat for your pet. They are the best Ive ever found and my wolf/dog is 112 lbs and absolutely loves this mattress. Very well made, very thick easy to wash and keep clean. Perfect for my pet needs.2nd update... well I have to update this after buying a second bed for my pet. The first bed mat is absolutely perfect and so we ordered a second one for another room. However, this bed mat is only half as full of filler and my dog literally lays on the floor with the cover in between. It is not even close to being a thick pad like the first one.. Im trying to figure out how to contact the seller to get more filler or get it replaced with a mat like the first one we got from them because we just loved it. Ill update if they have good customer service or not. I like the mat just want it with padding in it this time as well. lolListen Im not into writing reviews on everything I buy, but if this will help you decide whether or not to buy this for your dog I will write it because I bought this for my 110 lb hybrid wolf she is 9 years old and I noticed she was getting up slower from the floor than she used to get up. I could tell she was effected by the hard floor, I have bought other dog beds for her and they usually flatten out quickly and she doesn't use them very often. But this dog bed, the instant I laid it on the floor for her out of the box,, she instantly got on it and laid down and she lays on it nonstop now. She truly loves it and she doesn't hurt when getting up any longer, now she just jumps right up without any stiffness. I have no idea what these comments are about saying it isn't thick enough? Maybe they have a dog much larger than my 110 lb dog, but for her it is plenty thick. She does not sink to the floor in it and literally loves it and it stopped her pain from the normal floor. So if you need a bed for your dog don't even hesitate, get this thing and make your dog happy. It is well worth the money.

As I took this out of the box, I was impressed. the cover seemed heavy and durable and the three pillows were very thick. I was excited because I thought I actually got a good deal. Then, I was trying to insert the pillows into the cover and the zippered area ripped open completely, and the zipper pull fell off. I read of this in other reviews and thought-ok, I am just going to be careful. Even despite being careful, there cover ripped. There has to be a better way to do this. It was, needless to say, very disappointing. Now, I have to return it and wait for a replacement and HOPE that it doesn't happen again. Additionally, after stuffing the pillows in anyway, the cover seems way too big for the pillow size. Very strange. ?? I wanted to love it, and it has so much potential......but, needs some work.update 1/17/14:After going through the return process online, I re-packaged the bed for UPS to pick it up. They came today (the very next day after the bed was delivered) and picked up the box. About an hour later, FedEx dropped off our new/replacement bed. Seriously Amazing!The pillows were different this time (still 3 pillows sewn together, but a different size). I put them inside the cover very carefully since I was worried about the cover ripping again-but this time they went in just right! The bed is thick and the pillows are waterproof- the canvas cover seems durable. Our Boxer is 55lbs and the size Large is huge for her. She has plenty of room to grow. I changed the rating from 3 to 5 stars...while it was a hassle initially, Amazon made the process as easy as possible and I really cannot complain. I do feel the bed is of good quality- and will report back after washing and such. Good BUY!(I am also uploading a photo).

This has seriously been the best dog bed ever! The quality is amazing!!! I bought this 4 years ago and it's still in really great condition, despite being used by several dogs.I don't notice much difference in the cushion. It's still fluffy without sinking in or odd redistribution in the filling. The cover can be washed in a washer. I'm not sure if it can be put in the dryer, but I don't recommend it. I insert a hanger in the zipper and hang it up to air dry for a day. The soft white top is still very soft, and looks almost brand new after a wash (comes out very clean).Although there is a small hole in the red part of the cover. It's not that big, and not in an important spot. But again, it's 4 years old and has been used by several dogs. So it holds up VERY well!Out of all the dog beds my friends have had, and the ones I've seen in stores, this one seems to be way better quality. It's thicker than any other I've seen, even more than the memory foam ones.The only thing I can think of to improve would be the size. It would be super nice if it was longer. Dogs like to stretch out sometimes. Sometimes my dog is hanging halfway off of it lol. Or she goes to lay on the floor so she can stretch out. But even so, it's still the BEST dog bed I've ever seen, and it's worth EVERY penny!!!
