**Q: Is it daylight or warm white**
A: Thank you for asking!  This lamp features a color changing mode which allows you to personalize the color temperature (measured in kelvins) with 3 adjustable modes.
1. 5,000K to simulate bright white daylight contributes to visual clarity for artists, crafting and hobbyists
2. 4,000K setting for cool blue light for reading and concentration
3. 3,000K for warm, ambient light for relaxation

**Q: Can this lamp be turned on using a smart plug or does the built in switch default to off when it loses power?**
A: Thank you for asking.  We actually do not recommend using a smart plug.  Sometimes electronics such as this which require power all the time to operate don’t work well with CFL or some LED products but it is dependent on how the plugs are wired inside.  It is difficult for us to know about all the different products and wiring, therefore we simply cannot recommend their use with our products as it may result in shortened product life or performance issues.

A: Thanks for asking!  Yes, this is the same type of light.  It is full spectrum light which describes light that is close to natural daylight. It mimics sunlight to provide a clear, white light.
