It felt like the arch of my foot was collapsing and I was getting pain in the ball of my foot, ankle and knees. I put these in and after a couple of uncomfortable days(which they said would happen) they started to feel really comfortable. Even in other shoes without these insole it feels alot better as it has reconditioned my natural foot position. Highly recommend.

Good quality and supportive insoles but they have very little cushioning so they made the bottoms of my feet ache on long walks. I resorted to putting a flat cushioned insole underneath for shoes that I walked in for more than a mile. Recommended for shorter walks or where you can rest your feet in-between using them.

Despite having been an exceptionally fit person up to the age of 81, I developed Peripheral Neuropathy in my lower legs and feet following a Covid vaccination. I felt as though I was walking on sponges and was so unbalanced that I started to waddle, bang went my 7 miles a day walking!! After falling a few times I decided to investigate whether shoe inserts would help. Having read a lot of reviews etc I went for Easyfeet and am delighted to say that, with these in my shoes, my balance has improved as has my confidence. Although this is not a cure for the condition I am now able to walk 4/5 miles a day, I am delighted that I feel more balanced and walk at a reasonable speed. I have therefore purchased additional pairs for other shoes and slippers. So yes for anyone in a similar situation, give Easyfeet a go - for me they are the answer.

I was working in a warehouse and the steel toe cap shoes work provided were really hard on my feet. In cut them down to size and placed them in my work shoes. They worked a charm. Supported my feet at work when I was on my feet for 8 hours a day. However I would best in mind that they do take up space in your shoe, I was fine as my steel toe cap shoes were quite big anyway but they might make some shoes tighter on your foot.

They are comfortable when you are on your feet all day. They help support your feet,they was a good fit. They don't slip and slide about one in your shoes

These insoles have not eased the pain when walking.

I am happy with this insole which appears good quality, with an excellent arch support. The heel support is thick - which is good if the heel of the shoe is deep, such as in a boot. My trainers are just about okay. Regarding the sizing I am a size 5.5 UK and bought the XS as advised by the size chart. However the length is very slightly short and I would say it goes up to a size 5 UK; I probably should have bought the medium and cut down.

I have had foot pain for years. Not bad but annoying. One week ago it got really bad plus a severe left hip pain, screaming bad hip pain. I work pest control and my back pack weighs 80 pounds when I start spraying a customers house and ends up about 30 pounds when done. I barely got my route finished that day and was looking at insurance for a doctor in my area since I don't do doctor visits. Other than ER new patient wait is 3 to 5 days. Then I started looking up symptoms and found planter fasciitis. I membered a radio commercial for Good Feet but mistakenly typed in Easy Feet and found their website. I took there questionnaire and it suggested these and I ordered them Friday evening. That night I had to sleep sitting up because I could not lay down with out terrible hip pain. Saturday was spent sitting in one place with random hip flashes of pain until amazon delivered these insoles about 6 pm. I immediately put them in my boots and tried them out. It was like some one flipped a switch. I still had some pain in both my foot and hip but the hip pain went from a 10 to 3 immediately. I'm not making this up, It was that fast. Immediate relief. I could not fit them in my slippers so I wore my work boots as slippers the rest of the weekend. It has been 1 week since getting them and they are truly a miracle for me. ZERO hip pain and foot pains is barely noticeable and about gone. All in one week! And it looks like they are a lot less than the Good Feet store. I will never have a pair of shoes or boots with out these in them again. I'm ordering a pair for my slippers too!

The first few days wearing these will suck, just because the arch support is so firm. Once you're used to that though, they're like a dream. Flat feet run in my family and I went too long without support, and my arch began to drop so suddenly that I was practically unable to walk for the pain. After a long period of rest, these were wonderful for rehabilitating that injury. Easy to trim and comfy. Be aware though, they do add volume to your shoes. You'll do best to wear shoes with laces with these, as when I put them in my slip-ons, it felt like the top of my foot was being crushed. No such problem with laces!

Son unas plantillas muy cómodas, quedaron a la perfección en tenis de 24cm, a mi chica le gustaron mucho, le ayudaron mucho para el cansancio al caminar, los recomiendo ampliamente.

Muy cómodas, desafortunadamente no me ayudaron a mi problema, si es que tienes una lesión o un problema con tu pisada, definitivamente estas plantillas no te van a ayudar, la mejor opción es mandarte a hacer unas diseñadas específicamente para tus necesidades con un ortopedista.
