Aesthetically, the trolley is sleek and nicer to look at than standard shopping trolleys. The shipping process was rough. The box arrived nearly in pieces and some plastic bits had broken off but it doesn't seem to have affected its function.The handle is actually dark navy blue but it's not noticeable. I found out it's not waterproof because some washing liquid spilled in it, but it was easy to slide it off the handle and wash it out in the bath tub. Outside fabric washes really well and no residue was left from the spill on the fabric.Ultimately, does the job well, despite some missing plastic bits and bobs.
