I use these manily for hiking, however lately, I have been using them for 2 hours and 30 min of cardio. Every day that I am off, I work out, and this is what I wear to the gym or trail head. I have had them for a few months now, and love using them. Whether at the gym for 4 hours or on the trail for over 10 hours they hold up great.
