What's my size??
These go-betweens are new to me, an I find they come in different sizes. These are a good tool, but searching through Amazon's choices, they don't always mention what the size of all of them are. It's like trying to go through a bee's nest to find one particular bee. The size I originally bought said "tight", & I found them to be too small for most of my gums. Finally, at a really nice Albertson's I found similar go-betweens that were a little fatter (called "Medium), & they qre better. Good luck, finding YOUR size!

Find the best fit for your mouth.
My dentist recommended these and I find that even after brushing they dislodge tiny food particles between my teeth. They come in different shapes and sizes, so try several and use the most effective one regularly.

Could be better
These were recommended by my periodontist and my dentist. They work well to remove larger food particles that get stuff between the teeth near the gumline - something particularly true with fibrous foods. It is necessary to use these narrow brushes where teeth are close together, and therein lies the problem. The narrow brushes are on a thin wire core that is easily bent. Once it bends it is toast and cannot be used. I would strongly suggest that the manufacturer consider a flexible plastic core instead of a wire. The core needs to be flexible enough so that it will spring back if it bends. I suppose that the manufacturer plans to sell more by making them more rapidly disposable, but they are doing no favors for consumers. So, you should only buy these if you have some money to burn and are willing to buy multiple replacements.

Better alternatives
Garbage. The post on Amazon says it is a lack of 16 but it is only a pack of 4. I complained and they did send me another pack of 4. But still, only half. The bristle top is so flimsy it is so hard to insert between teeth without bending. So it is difficult to use. They are also short and that makes it hard to get a good angle to address back teeth.

Worked great. Delivered on time. The wire rusts off after a couple of weeks.
