DHEA is a game changer, improving my metabolism and and energy level. Highly recommended.

I'm not 100% convinced that it is the DHEA but something is different since I've been taking these. For the first time in several months, I almost finished with a stiffness I haven't had in a long while twice in the last week. Also, my arousal is almost like it was when I was taking testosterone shots. I will continue use and add on to this review in a few weeks.

This is a good product at a good price. However the dose is too high for me. I will try opening the capsule and halving the dose for a month before my next blood test and see if that works to keep my DHEA in range. Being a hormone, it's important to keep track of blood levels, and not let them get too high, which could be indicated by oily hair and facial breakouts. But it's also important to have the levels high enough to balance the high levels of cortisol many of us are subjected to these days.
