I had a few problems at the beginning (all of my own making) but a lovely young woman called Poppy couldn't have more helpful. She stuck with me and took me through the set up and use a step at a time. I'm pleased to say that the machine is in full working order and I have no hesitation in recommending it to everyone. This soda maker has meant that I am spending less time and effort bringing bottles of sparkling water home from the supermarket. Not needing as much storage space and feel comfortable that I am reducing exposure to micro plastics and plastic waste. The soda maker is easy to use and provides a good fizz, in fact better than some shop bought carbonated water. Not sure if this works out cheaper than buying bottles but to some extent that is not as important as the convenience of being able to make carbonated water on demand and reducing plastic waste. Have also found that there isn't an after taste like there often is with bottled carbonated water and need less cordial/syrup to get the same taste.
