Great Carafes! I bought two of them. I used them.for the first time last night (holiday party). The hot chocolate stayed piping hot. These are so simple to use, no fighting with button or turning to.inlock or open. Simple lever and pours nicely. I also like that it is wider and shorter vs the taller ones. The design makes it easier to clean and more stable vs taller designs. Definitely would recommend to purchase.

I looked for hours to find what I thought was the perfect water carafe for my tea. Used for the first time today. Warmed it up with boiling water first, then filled it with boiling water at 9:30am. When I went to use the water at 3:00 in the afternoon, it was barely warm. Listing says that it keep beverages hot for 12 hours. It also pours *very* slowly. And the carafe is heavy. After researching for so long, I was disappointed in this purchase.

I received a brand new item. The tamper evident sticker is a nice added touch. I ordered a carafe from another company through Amazon, and the carafe was used, filthy dirty, and had mold on the inside of it. Cressimo made my day with this new one. Also, the 2l size is what I need. This carafe keeps hot liquids hot for my day which can be as long as 10 hours. I prep my carafe with hot tap water while waiting for my coffee to brew or waiting for my water to boil (for tea or hot cocoa). No leaks when pouring. Easy to clean. Easy to pour. Thank you for a quality product at an affordable price.

This review is for the 68 oz Thermal Coffee Carafe (Black), originally purchased in 2023. We are generally happy with the product. However, the dispensing lever/tab on the lid has broken twice—once on the original item and then recently on its warranty replacement. So, it seems this is a design flaw and/or quality control issue. Thankfully, the customer service is excellent, and they are sending another replacement. We're hopeful that the new 2025 version will not have the same flaw!

It works great! 24 hours later my coffee was still warm! It's great quality & functions perfectly!!

Bought this carafe 2 years ago. It has worked well for 2 years. Recently, the release lever on the lid broke and no longer maintains a seal so the coffee doesn't stay hot for long. I contacted Cresimo customer support to see if it was possible to get a new lid. They never responded. Had the lid not broken, I would have given this carafe 5 stars. If you buy this, be careful with the lid and it's release lever.

This carafe is super!! It is easy to lift and to pour from with no dripping, it looks great and best of all? It keeps my coffee nice and hot for hours after brewing! Note: We always preheat our carafes which definitely helps with heat retention. We're very happy with this purchase! Finally, a carafe that works great!!

This thermo does not stay hot for 24 hours as stated. It is fause avertisment !!! The carafe is hot to touch after you fill it with hot water in about 10 minutes, that means the carafe can not retain heat/cold .
