I tried Pumpsurge. It was great. My training took a backseat for a little while as I had a cold. I used Pumpsurge the days when I started back up. The first day I felt a little nauseous towards the end of my workout, but feel it was mostly due to not taking in adequate nutrients during the day. I felt better once I ate. So, I continued to use it and love it. The flavor was great- not too sweet or artificial tasting. There was a bit of grittiness, but not bad. My workouts after having drank Pumpsurge were great. I had a lot of energy and feel I was able to get in some good pumps. The best part is I did not experience any jitters like I have with other pre-workouts. Don't see a difference with or without it

I’ve never taken preworkout but I understand why people like to go to the gym now. I felt like I had ADD or was on drugs and I only took like a 1/16th dose. I did a lot better at the gym and I had no muscle pain afterwards and the day after. But if you’re like me and never taken anything like this before, even though there’s no caffeine, beware of taking a lot at night. I had to stay up another 2 hours after the gym before going to bed and I STILL woke up feeling it. It also made my lips super dry and red. But I recommend for people sensitive to stuff and are into holistic health. Decent ingredients.

Usually buy the Nitro Surge but I figured I'd give the Pump surge a shot. Working out regular I like to get that extra pump going. Did not see or feel much of a difference on the Pump. I've been a long time user of Jacked Factory's Altius ALTIUS Pre-Workout Supplement - Naturally Sweetened - Clinically Dosed Powerhouse Formulation - Increase Energy & Focus, Enhance Endurance - Boost Strength, Pumps, & Performance - Mixed Berry Blast (14.3 OZ) , but due to its caffeine content, I have to be careful how late I use it to have any hope of sleep. With PumpSurge, there is no concern. It mixes well with water. Taste is more towards cherry than lime with no sharpness to it that you get with some powders. I have had no problems using this for late workouts, it does not affect my sleep. I have noticed a decrease in being out of breath during HIIT, which is great! There's no noticeable hit as with caffeinated pre-loads, you just feel more aware and focused. I think this is a great addition to the Jacked Factory line and I recommend this if you don't tolerate or like the caffeine content in most pre-loads. I plan to try this stacked with NitroSurge to see how adding the caffeinated mix affects me and how it compares to Altius, but I highly recommend this just as it is.
