A: From memory I used them on buttercream and they didn't bleed but the cup cakes were eaten the same day

I bought these to put in the hollow of a cake, so when you cut it, they will sprinkle out. Hopefully they will do the trick !, They are so expensive though . I bought 150 grams for £10, which makes them , if my maths is right around £66 a kilo !!!
