The stoppers have three ridges at the bottoms so they will tend to stay in the bottle more. They appear identical to some Stoppers I bought previously that not only have the three ridges so they won't pull out but also don't leak when the bottles are put on their side. I haven't checked these out in terms of storing wine in them on the bottle side. They are much better than the grey ones that are sold by the major other company. In fact I have probably a dozen of the grey ones, two of the black ones that I got a few years ago, and then six of these. The grey ones that I got a few years ago I will no longer use now that I have these.

First time when using this Vault Wine Saver - pulled the plunger up and the handle came off. Put it back on but it came off every time the handle was pulled up. Poorly made!!

The wine corker broke on the first pump. Nothing more to say.Not a wine or cost SAVER.

It's pretty cheaply made. You have to reattach the pump multiple times to actually create a seal and then the stoppers don't stay air tight for more than a day or two

Great product and super shipping. The pump handle has come off several times, but it is easily replaced.

It was worth it. The vacuum pump was broken when first used however the seller was able to send the replacement. I was satisfied with this. It was worth using it for all wine bottles.

I have tried the stoppers in 3 diff wine bottles. The next day the vacuum seal is NOT there and the stopper just don’t hold. Putting the cork back in would work as well. I’ve had another brand of stoppers and pump for years which worked very well. I would not recommend this product as it doesn’t work.

The handle is loose and I have to be careful when pumping so it doesn't snap off. zseems to work otherwise.
