This is a basic griddle with good fundamental design. Assembly was easy and, yes, all the holes lined up! I don't know why so many folks complain about that--unless you are being too hasty or careless with your assembly, products like these are consistently manufactured and go together easily. The seasoning was easy and fun. I concluded the seasoning process by just throwing a pound of bacon on this thing and cooking it down, getting the grease everywhere. It cleaned up easily and was ready to use the next day. What I like most about this griddle is the easy lighting and flame controls. They give a lot range of control for the propane flame. I also like that this thing is not gaudy. It has no huge logos or boldfaced words in large font on it. It's subtle and inconspicuous and that's what I wanted. My patio is about plants and open space, not cooking appliances.

Great deal but wheels are plastic so cheap and the wheel already broke off

Perfect griddle size for my needs, heats fast, top griddle seems to be great quality and low price. My only minuses are the starter not always start and without a hole to insert a grill lighter to manually light it, you have to lift the heavy griddle top to manually light the griddle. The top lid is ok though you can’t hang it from the side of the griddle. The griddle has rubber feet screws that are used to attach the grill to the table, some of these screws were too short and ended getting regular screws to attach the griddle to the table. The metal grease trap is too tiny for any use. There is no handle to lift the table from the side to move the grill. I tried lifting from the side table and that was a no no, it is not meant for that. Also side tables get very HOT, watch out can’t place paper towels there…I ended with a fire.

I needed a griddle with a smaller cooking surface to use on my screened in porch. This griddle fit perfectly in the space I have. The griddle cover makes a perfect heat shield while cooking. I keep it 6-8 inches away from the wall and the wall doesn't get warm to the touch. Assembly: I assembled exactly as directed in the instructions. It took about 30 minutes using only a Philips screw driver and adjustable wrench. If you tighten all of the bolts and screws, it's solid as a rock. Make sure to tighten the gas connection to the burner unit while you are at it. Griddle top seasoning: Seasoned the top according to instructions provided. The griddle top is very good quality and seasoned perfectly. Let the griddle surface cool off naturally. I was excited to start cooking and tempted to use water to cool it off after the initial burn-off, but no matter how solid these tops are, they will warp if you dump a cup of water on it. I started off with some chicken and rice stir fry and whipped off some breakfast the next morning. All went well. For the price, you simply cannot beat this griddle.

I purchased this product and I just love it! Be aware that it may come in 2 shipments which I didn’t know but it was exactly as advertised. Works great. You may have to prime the gas line before using but it is perfect. Chefs kiss!

delivered quickly but the cover was just thrown in a box, dented on the side barely taped shut, the plastic wrapping for the cover was taped outside the box, basically it was delivered as a mess. The Flat top was good no problem or damage. I decided to keep the cover, it attached, just wasn't worth the effort to replace and send back. I don't know if it was the manufacture or Amazon that delivered the top cover in such a wreck. but otherwise so far the grill is awesome and works great, heats up really fast and cooks fast too.

This thing is awesome! I've always wanted a Blackstone, but did not want to spend the brand name money. I bought this in winter a few weeks before spring. It came in handy when several ice storms knocked out power for a week or two. I put it together myself, within about an hour, and the directions were fairly easy to follow. We are a family of four, and it easily fits enough food for us and others (I frequently feed my neighbors as well). It DOES need to be properly "seasoned" before using, and I've only had to do that once after assembly. Clean up is a breeze (I always hated scrubbing grill grates). There are only two complaints I have, which would not change my mind about the purchase. 1. I can't see how you could cook meat that needed to cook for long periods of time. Ex: bone in chicken directly on the grill would burn before it was cooked all the way through. The heat, even on low, is HOT. 2. I really love the grease trap opening is on the front, HOWEVER, the actual tray placement that catches the grease is terrible. I even used the disposable trays (they sent courtesy) and it's just an awkward placement. Idk how you could fix it. I just make sure the drip trays are wedged so that they catch the majority of the mess. Overall, 10/10.

The unit hood came dented. Called manufacturer they offered to send a hood. Which never came. Already the first layer is coming off. Very disappointed. It’s basically none usable.
