This is a beautiful “flame “ effect essential oil diffuser. The lights and steam produce a very nice and calming effect. Very quiet. Perfect for relaxing after work.

Sadly, I had high hopes for this item, but it does not work. After plugging it in, the light will go on, but the diffuser immediately shuts the whole thing off.UPDATE!! The seller reached out to me and they replaced my product. This works beautifully and it is very fascinating to watch. You will really enjoy this.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered 2 of these. After a few weeks one started to make a noise when I turned it on. Not sure why because the water is at the line. I ordered a replacement because the other one I have works just fine. A little drop of scented oil works great with these. It also looks really cool in my office. People always stop to ask about it.

Great unit, I would not hesitate to buy another for another workspace.What can kill it:There are quite a bit of reviews saying it didn't last long. I have quite a bit of working knowledge in the field of appliances that use water.Hard water - If you care about product longevity, use bottled, softened, or RO water. Calcium will destroy it in short order.Essential oils - Yes, despite any advertising, DO NOT use essential oils. They are highly corrosive toward plastics. In just days or weeks, it can make plastic so brittle that barely touching it, let alone its normal function, will break it. Not all oils will do this, but do your research, for example NEVER expose plastics to peppermint oil.

I loved this, I even got alot of compliments on this. It already started making a loud noise after a month of having it. I work in the office and can't have it making loud noises. Sounds like a pencil sharpener. Sad to let this go but unfortunately didn't last :(

The media could not be loaded.  Worked great at first. Only used as a humidifier in my office close to me. It comes on, the lights work great, and the water bubbles slightly but no longer mists like it is supposed to. I have had it less than a month. It was delivered on January 18th and I started using it in the 19th.

This fire flame looking diffuser is nice and i read about this on TikTok and decided to come over to Amazon and buy it. It looks just as described and it does actually look like fire flames when you turn it on. The water tank is easy to fill and the flames can change a few different colors. I love it and would highly recommend to anyone!

Its nice to look but other than that, the smell was not very strong, too light of a mist, and it stopped working on me. It also cracked on the side and i never even moved it. I did really want to like the product but now it completely does not smell and barely any smoke comes out of it.

Smaller than I expected. It's smaller than a toaster. Works, but not as cool as I would have thought. It does look cool though. Power by usb cable type C, not battery powered.

This one is good for a small room and one full tank will easily last for more than 24 hrs, product quality is good, using it from last 2 months

Its nice but not very sturdy

The plastic started melting after 1 week of use. Not a good product.

few things that lead to its return :-- doesn't look like flame at all,- the tank is like really small,- it shuts off automatically even before 4hours are complete.
