ALL UNBROKEN ROLLS OF CINNAMON WITH NO DEBRIS.
Pouch full of intact cinnamon rolls with no debris, fabulous aroma, great slightly sweet flavour, perfect for SE Asian dishes and desserts, too. Make rice pudding with coconut milk and drop in one or two rolls. Lush. Hold together well in long cooking, and a good long best before date. Great for stirring your hot chocolate with.

Cinnamon, Open loose curls, good aroma.
Great aroma and there's quite a few, but they are open curls of cinnamon bark and not the tight rolls that you would normally get for cooking! They average about 5cm long. Good value, great for cooking where it doesn't matter if they are curled or not! They come in a large brown paper bag that lined in foil and resealable for freshness.

Le da un potente sabor a cualquier preparación que hagas con ella. Desde que la descubrí hace ya algún tiempo, no compro otra y es que en mi casa, usamos muchísima canela tanto molida (de la misma marca que es buenísima), como en rama.

Ich bin begeistert von den Zimtstangen von Alpi Nature. Die 250g-Packung ist perfekt für den Haushalt, und die angegebene Menge von ca. 75-77 Stangen stimmt genau. Die Stangen selbst sind von bester Qualität: schön fest, aromatisch und in der angegebenen Größe von ca. 60mm. Der Duft beim Öffnen der Packung ist einfach herrlich – intensiv, süß und würzig, genau wie echter, hochwertiger Ceylon-Zimt sein sollte. Ich verwende sie für verschiedene Zwecke: Zum Backen (Zimtschnecken, Apfelkuchen) Für heiße Getränke (Glühwein, Punsch, Chai-Tee) Als natürlicher Luftverbesserer, z.B. in einer Duftschale mit Orange und Nelken Die Stangen sind schön ganz geblieben und brechen nicht zu Staub. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für diese Qualität ausgezeichnet. Fazit: Wer echten, hochwertigen Zimt sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Absolut empfehlenswert und ein fester Wiederholkauf in meinem Haushalt!
