Best FSA purchase
I had a sizable balance in my FSA to use up, so purchased this on a whim (I wouldn’t have purchased this otherwise tbh) but it is AMAZING. The adjustable heat, vibration, and suction settings make it so easy to get the relief you need. It comes with 3 different sizes so you can get a smaller area to larger area if you need to. We’ve been able to get quite a bit of use out of it without recharging it (nice)! And it only goes for 3 minutes (how long you’re supposed to do cupping for) and releases itself. We have the manual suction cups and we’re always forgetting to make sure we don’t leave them on too long so that feature is SUPER handy. It beeps and gives you a couple seconds before the suction releases so you aren’t dropping it everywhere. I’m very happy with this purchase, and honestly would buy again!

Extremely useful tool for recovery
I don't much care for static cupping but I really enjoy dynamic cupping, dragging it along the body of the muscle as well as perpendicular to the muscle. This is where it really shines although it does both wonderfully. I like to use a cream rather than lotion or oil fyi. My traditional vacuum cups constantly lose suction when dragging them as I'm quite hairy. This has no issues, keeping constant suction. I only use levels 1 and 2 for the intensity, 3 is a bit too much and I'm no longer able to drag it without hurting the skin. I like the heat option but not so much the vibration. Thought the vibration would be a really cool feature, but it doesn't seem to do anything beneficial whether static or dynamic.

I wish I had this million dollar idea.....
I love this thing! I mostly only find it useful for cupping while moving for myofascial release. I showed it to my PT who does a lot of dry needling followed by cupping and she said she will be purchasing one of these. I loved it so much I bought one for each of my 10 stuff (as well as the theragun)! The heat setting is nice. If you use it in a static position, you will get more of a donut shaped ring rather than a full circle because of the central heating element. I've tried various other cupping methods and this one blows them all away.

Super easy to use and very high-quality
I just received this yesterday and was super excited to receive it as I am an average fitness freak. I immediately used it the second I received the package and to my surprise it is very high-quality. There’s a three minute timer and there are three different types or sizes of cups you can change the settings to the amount of suction heat and vibration, which I really like I personally turn off the heat because the heat was a little bit much for me. I use the highest setting of suction and it really is like you’re getting cupping at an office. The only downfall that I see is that it doesn’t fully suction in the middle of a white ring that you’ll see but other than that it’s super great and I highly recommend it. All thera products are really great if you can afford the price point.

Cautionary Tale: Non-Existent Customer Support
First time reviewer here, my experience with this company was so bad that I'd like to warn other buyers. I purchased a Theracup in August, the device and functionality are both high quality, however, the warranty/customer service (only available via email) are a complete nightmare. Once the timed suction on the Theracup ends you have about 3 seconds to grab the device before it falls off from releasing the vacuum. This can be difficult when its on your neck/shoulder/back, the cup once fell from bed height and my middle-sized cup ended up with a hairline crack that I was worried would worsen or could cause skin breakage with suction. I reached out directly to Therabody and began what would be weeks of back and forth with representatives who often did not or could not answer my simple questions and more than often seemed to be automated/bots. The first representative checked with their team and ensured that if I sent the Theracup back using their return shipping label that a replacement would promptly be sent to me. I could see via the tracking # that my Theracup arrived in the TX facility on October 26th, a week passed and I never heard from Therabody. In November I wrote again requesting an update and tracking for the replacement Theracup, the representative wrote something vague confirming my original device was received and that they were in touch with their warehouse and to give it 2-3 business days. I wrote again a week later and the same representative explained that my case was "under review" by their team again despite pre-approval for replacement. When I asked for more information about what this meant I got transferred to a new representative who had to catch up on the case so far. The new representative kept asking me to wait 2-3 business days without ever following up. By mid-November I became suspicious something was wrong/not being shared with me and asked for a concrete update. The second representative sent a very strangely worded seemingly auto-generated email about a refund (as if I had been requesting a refund all along) supposedly because their warehouses ran out of Theracups. Beyond fed up I requested someone call me to explain how this could have happened-- Theracups are still available via Therabody's amazon page and at their physical location in Manhattan. The representative could not really explain why they were not able to supply me with a new device but that they would process my refund via Amazon. After a month, 10+ run around emails, and 3 online representatives I never received a replacement Theracup. I was not initially offered a refund and did not want one because I purchased the item while it part of an Amazon promotion, they now retail for $30 more than what I initially paid. They left me with a refund as the only solution after weeks because folks on their backend messed up despite it seeming imminently possible for the company to send me a Theracup from *somewhere* in their system. A call to their physical store in Manhattan answered some of my questions, apparently Therabody is consolidating their warehouses/changing customer service company/etc. It sounds like I was not the only one ensnared in their awful customer service. I'm a first time Therabody shopper and am still interested in Therabody products but this experience has left an AWFUL taste in my mouth as I am still left without a product that I was promised for weeks would be replaced.

Cups are a bit fragile, no way to get a replacement
I’ve had the product for a month and a half and it works great. The larger cup doesn’t have as good of a suction as the other two even on the third level. My medium cup fell on a laminate floor and broke in half, after reaching out to the manufacturer in efforts of buying a replacement cup, I was advised I would have to buy an entire new system. Not worth the price for me because of that alone. There’s plenty of less expensive options around the $40 range that are not that much of a drop off from this product. And replacing the whole system would only cost a fraction of the price.

So far so good! Seems to be helping with pain mgt.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I got this for my husband to help with all his aches and pains. He's been using it everyday. I don't know how much its helping, but he's complaining less and less about pain in his shoulder. So that's a win!

Post-workout relief for very specific points worked great for me. It might not be for everyone, but I recommend it.

Have only used once but had sufficient suction and provided some relief for my shoulders and neck. Only used lowest suction level and got some pretty good bruises so plenty strong and heat is nice too.
