Carry this thing in my trunk with some of my fishing gear. Only thing I had to do was put some decent braided line on but after that it was solid. Baitcasters take some skill and experience to use but this will get you started. Not for everyone. But I looks good and is cheap enough. Would recommend to anybody just getting into fishing.

Very nice real pole is very strange. Very compact and great for hiking. Just what I bought it for. Definitely not for every day use. Don't think it would hold up.

Im very impressed with this rod and reel combo. The rod feels really good in your hand and has the stiffness that I want in my bass rod. The reel is very smooth and looks great. I cant wait to put this to use.
