It worked well for three months then once I forgot to add water and turned it on without water, now it doesn't work anymore. It's out of order.

It's simple and works well. I've used it three times and realized it's not auto shut-off like it says, maybe mine is faulty. I ran a cycle and in the morning everything was still steaming bc the plate was still hot. Definitely returning based on this alone.

I would steer clear of the Chicco Baby Bottle Sterilizer. It fits many bottles and Yes, it sterilizes, but the biggest issue for me is that it doesn’t have an automatic timer! You add water, and it just keeps running until the water runs out—which can lead to overheating and even a burnt smell on the bottles. For a product that costs $70 after tax, it’s disappointing that it doesn’t shut off automatically after the job is done. If I have to watch it and set my own timer, I might as well just boil the bottles in a pot and save the money. Don’t waste your money on this!

We received this as a shower gift and decided to get it set up and start sterilizing bottles last night before baby arrives. Last night we followed all the instructions and sterilized the machine before putting anything in it. Worked great we were really excited. When we were done we unplugged it and dried everything off per the instructions. Today we put 3 bottles in the lower rack with the bottle pieces in the upper rack, ran the cycle and came back later after it had cooled off. The bottom of the lower rack was cracked in a few spots, some pretty substantial. We just submitted something to Chicco via email with these photos and will wait to hear back.
