Measurements
I couldn't find any measurements with this, and Google wasn't much help either. I just kinda guessed, and hoped it worked. My cheese came out great. I'm guessing g it did what it needed to do. I will get liquid next time, and hand onto the crystals for science experiments š„°š„°š

For kid's science project
It's always difficult to find chemicals when you need them for science projects. This product was in the right amount, I needed a 3:1 ratio, and for a fair price. I needed food-grade calcium chloride in case someone decides to taste their creation. We were making green snot! Here's the book we've been using. I saw her on a talk show and really liked her attitude. Get it, she's a chemist! Crispy pickles for a good price
Great product and value. Used for canning pickled jalapeƱo and pickled onions so far. I will definitely order more when I run out. This is way cheaper than the Ball brand of pickling salt and works exactly the same.

pickled cauliflower- sort of...
There's a brand of pickled roasted peppers i love. I read the jar and the difference was no vinegar. Simply water, citric acid and salt. So I looked up citric acid and that's what this is - aka sour salt. It doesn't take much in a jar of salted water and i added a bit of sugar, too. Instead of peppers, I used steamed cauliflower. Pack the empty jar, with the florettes, fill with the acid water mixture, cao abd put in the fridge. Don't know how long this will keep because within two days, I've eaten it.
