The media could not be loaded. Upon receiving this item I put brand new batteries in and turned it on, but after a few moments the lights and music both stopped. I chose to return the item and receive a replacement for the defective one. This is the replacement. The exact same issue is occuring with it as the original. I'm now having to return the original and the replacement and have a full refund issued. It really is a shame because this is what my four year old chose to use her birthday money on, and she was really excited to have a unicorn that lights up and plays music. It's a very cute stuffed animal, but both items we have received have been defective. You would honestly be better off buying a regular stuffed unicorn for your kids then to have them be disappointed by these defective toys.
