Cute little phone. Not use to it yet since I am a landline person. From what the book says it does a lot. Will check out next year all that it does

We specifically purchased this because it was advertised as a way to track your loved one. I have a teenager with special needs who takes public transportation and is often stuck on the bus for long periods while they make other stops during the ride to his destination. Unfortunately, we purchased it in vain because Lively no longer does live tracking due to privacy laws in certain states. The only way to find out exactly the location of the individual is to call Lively in an emergency for them to track, which requires a premium, more expensive plan. That really doesn’t help us. My son cannot use a smartphone because he becomes aggressive if he can’t access WiFi, an app doesn’t work, he breaks it, etc so this was our solution to track while mitigating possible aggression issues. Sigh…I guess we’ll have to rely on the Apple AirTags that only work when they want.

I got this phone for an older gentleman that doesn't know much about how to run a phone. I think the phone is overall great. But when I was setting it up for him, it was difficult. I was doing it online to save the $5. (They tell you, you can save 5$ if u do it online) well, it didn't work so it told me I needed to call customer service. That was also a pain and it didn't go very smoothly. I couldn't imagine a older person trying to set this up by themselves. I'm 27, if that means anything. But overall, we finally got it set up and he can use it fairly easy.
