Very effective. I like the slightly medicinal smell. Makes me think I'm doing real stuff to stop the horrible itching.

Great lotion!
I have SUPER SEVERE itchy legs. I was using steroid cream on my legs daily then heard about this. This soothes the itch! I mix it with my Aveeno lotion and my legs don’t itch all day. It is menthol smelling but worth it not it itch!

Original Sarna Replacement
Sarna decided they no longer wanted to help people with sun burn and mosquito bites so they changed their formula. At least that’s my opinion on their awful move to reformulate away from Original Sarna. My dermatologist friend said to try Rugby as they started carrying it in their clinic. Boom! Perfect replacement to Sarna and at a cheaper price. Took the mosquito itch away quickly with the same cooling relief we used to have. Now that the PERFECT replacement has been found Sarna can bring back the Original but there’s no reason to go back. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Sarna decided to swim against the current and stop making products that actually work well.

New Calm+Cool Sarna is trash, this is what you want.
Sarna changed their product formulation completely to make it vegan(bottle on left) and lost a 15 year customer..I've been looking everywhere for a direct replacement and this is it... Having an old Sarna original to compare imo this is the same exact thing as Sarna original down to the smell, consistently and effectiveness.. Thankfully Rugby had our back because it's a damn shame Sarna quit making their Original formula.
