I've been taking these for a month now and I will not be ordering more. Sorry I even tried this. There has been NO DIFFERENCE IN AMOUNT OF HAIR LOSS and worse yet, and I don't want to give TMI, but it causes constipation. Something I've never had in my life. This is going in the trash and the subscription has been cancelled.

My husband and I have been trying these capsules around a month. My hair grows fast so I can’t tell if my hair growth has changed but I am cutting my fingernails much more frequently so my nails seem to be growing faster. I wouldn’t swear my nails are stronger though so my nail thickness is not a huge change. My (bald) husband notices a mild improvement in less split fingernails when he’s playing his guitar (he’s a finger picker) but isn’t sure if his nails are growing longer faster. Maybe we’ll see more difference when we use this product longer but for now the bottom line is that we see some faster nail growth and some improvement in nail strength.
