reasonable price for this hood, its easy to use and lightweight.

Maybe user error but could not get it to work properly with the hood. Had to return to get something else. Be mindful they charge a 20% restocking fee of the price of the item even on products that do not work. Would recommend getting something else that is easier to work and cheaper.

Very fast delivery, this arrived well packed. It works perfectly, great value. I love it. Highly recommend to all.

Bit confusing set up at first but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. Also depends on your device too I suppose. Nonetheless, compared this to more expensive units and shows the same info. Couldn't be happier especially for the price.

Bought this flow hood in January of 2022. Didn't need it until today June 2022. Opened the taped up brown box and the CPS flow hood box was inside but the box was not taped closed-the tape was already cut. Opened the contents and the ABM-200 flow meter is missing. Doesn't work without the flow meter. The description said it comes with it. You need to send me the ABM-200 flow meter. I know - I should have opened it up right away. Still dissatisfied - someone at your place should have checked the returned item and made sure all the parts were with it.

Poorly written instructions, does not show that the remote module has a bluetooth button under the skin. Screens online and in manual are totally different then the application after downloading...

The readings aren't accurate but it is definitely a great tool to show customers that airflow is not the issue.. Duct design and register placement is a huge problem when it comes to comfort.

Very easy and worth the cost
