Is this high quality gas, and a good product for value as well?

I brought these gas lighter refills to try them out I haven’t noticed a difference from the others I did use but have only had them a few weeks 1 of my lighters kept taking ages to light but have had no problems so far with the gas refills.

Any good for refiling kitchen blow torch?

if it is refillable it can be filled with this, just not sure if it will light. has many adapters to fit most lighter types
