We’re a year and a half beyond install and they still look just as good as the day I installed them!! They also just function so well. They have saved me from slipping so many times!! 100/10.UPDATE: Extremely happy with these. Purchased them in July, it’s mid-November now and they have been lifesavers. They look nice and subtle on our staircase, but the dog can go up and down with ease/confidence now and has not had one slip since installing. The humans in the house all agree that it makes a noticeable difference for us, and we’ve had guests mention how great they are, too. They have held up very well with no indications that that will change anytime soon. Great product!Just finished installing, so bear in mind that I cannot speak to the longevity of these yet. With that being said, they feel like they will last a long time. They were super easy to install and the roller tool is great. I used a small rectangular box I found as a “spacer” to lay between the wall and the strip to help install evenly. There is some flexibility if you accidentally lay it unevenly — you can pull back and reconfigure a bit. Definitely use the roller tool! We have tile stairs, so there are some small bits of bubbling between where the grout and tile meet on some steps - no fault of the product and hardly noticeable, just uneven flooring in those areas, so unavoidable. The roller helped to minimize those spots. They are soft on bare feet, dog paws and grip socks well, too. (We tested them a bunch after install, lol) We have one very long step on a corner, so I installed a full strip, then measured out the remaining amount I needed and cut another to size. I cut just the rounded edge off of the installed strip, and then matched my cut end of my half strip to the full to create a seam. You can’t even tell, unless you’re super close to it like in the video. These aren’t “invisible”, but they’re not obvious either. The functionality outweighs any cons. Really affordable compared to other similar products out there, too. We have a senior dog who’s fallen down a couple of stairs recently and was luckily uninjured and a teen that won’t stop barreling down the staircase, lol, so these were much needed!Overall very happy with this purchase!

I put these treads on about 4 months ago and have been totally pleased. They are high quality material, easy to install, adhered well, and are easy to clean around. They have eliminated my dog's slippage on the slick wood and increased safety for my spouse and myself. They are also virtually invisible. Our stairs don't get direct light. For a staircase in direct light, they would be more visible. Trying to remove them could be tough, but not as tough as someone having a bad fall!I would prefer my family's safety even if the

I waited for 6 months of use before writing this review to give a true everyday use account of these EdenProducts Pre Cut Transparent 24" x 4" Non Slip Strips stair treads.We have hardwood stairs and of course they are slippery. We have both slipped on them and our 11 year dogs wouldn't even walk up them anymore because they slide all over them. We have tried several different stick on (different methods based on the type) carpet treads. They all started fraying before long with everyday use and are hard to clean plus the corners start to turn up and they just look awful after a short while so I looked everywhere for another solution.I found these and crossed my fingers when I ordered them really not expecting them to be worth a flip but to my surprise they were much nicer than I expected. They are packaged nicely so they lay flat when removed from the box and they come with everything you need to install them. I ordered two boxes and used two treads (one to the front and one to the back of each stair about a half inch apart) to make sure and cover the majority of the middle of the stairs since our dogs toes slide into the back of the stairs when they walk up normally. They installed very easily. Just a tip for installing, start with one end and work your way to the other to help smooth them out to avoid bubbles. You can always use a pin to pop the bubbles if any occur. Use the roller that comes with it and really press down working from the middle out to smooth it until it “disappears”.I took these photos of them today - more than 6 months after install and daily use. As you can see, you can barely see them on the stairs and unless you know they are there you miss them.I was concerned the edges or corners would start to roll up with continued use but not a single one has lifted at all. I was concerned that dirt would accumulate around the edges (like most stickers will have happen) but it has not on any of the treads. Also, I was concerned our dogs’ hair (Samoyed that shed quite a bit) would stick to the edges or even tops them but it has not and does not. Our dogs no have no issue using the stairs (nor do we). Oh, and your socks don’t catch or drag on them either like you would think they would.They are easy to clean with a damp cloth and we even vacuum our stairs with no issue.I am extremely pleased with these non-slip stair strips and highly recommend them!
