One thing to keep in mind is that this is a 7-day treatment, but the package contains only five units, as indicated in the instructions. The directions clearly explain when to take or insert each dose, and they are extremely simple and easy to follow. I recommend using them before going to bed for added comfort. They are easy to handle, and so far, they have been effective for me. The overall quality is great—no issues to this day—and the packaging makes everything easy to open and store.

Amazing and it works! Do this after you take a round of antibiotics and it helps so much! I don’t see how to context the seller but if you see this, how often can this be done? I want to prevent utis so how do I maintain this? So I do this once a month?

After thoroughly reading the instructions and ingredients, I felt comfortable enough to use this product as I feel like it has went through enough tests and is certified enough. It does not come with an insert tool so keep that in mind if you don’t have one you’ll have to use your fingers which it’s not easy getting it as far back as possible with just your fingers. It’s only my first day, and so far I don’t feel any discomfort or burning with this. I also do have at home pH test strips and I’ve been testing all week and I’ve had pretty much the same pH level. So I’ll check on the days that I’m not using this (there’s about 2 alternating days) and of course after and keep you guys posted. But so far my PH levels are at about a point over normal due to frequent travel & stress.

This product helped reduce symptoms and it also smells pleasantly of flowers.

Was unsure if this was the right product my obgyn was referring too. As far as quality and what is supposed to do for you I'd say yes good quality and is as advertised. I jist don't think it's what I need for my situation. It didn't not have a huge impact on my needs down there. Overall just be specific when reading about its benefits it's not a cure all that's for sure.

I suffer with recurrent uti’s. These seem to be helping reduce the number that I usually have.

Do not buy this product. I bought two packages and lost a LOT of money. The capsules/bullets are not of the quality you’d expect them to be as a medical device. They had massive holes in them, some were crumbled, and all had a really yucky looking orange/brown growth in them - goes without saying it doesn’t feel OK or safe to put something like that inside you! I contacted the company’s product support TURNS OUT THIS IS A SCAM - VagiBiom does not sell their products on Amazon.co.uk!

being on long term full dose antibiotics for awhile biome was depleted. these are great. would recommend.
